Weekmark Ediciones y Servicios Ltda. was established in 1990 with the purpose
of providing an intellectual property information service through computer means.
The information of our data base is updated daily and includes the status of trademarks,
patents, utility models and industrial designs applications and registrations in force in Chile.
Our services include search and surveillance of trademarks and filing of trademark applications,
renewals and assignments.
Our services are currently provided by internet through our on-line information system
( http://www.weekmark.cl ); by subscription to our publication
Weekmark Report and finally, by written inquiry to our offices.
Since 1991 we publish Weekmark Report , a weekly publication containing all trademarks, patents,
utility models and industrial designs (with their original drawings), applications published in the
Chilean Official Gazette, and the trademark registrations weekly granted in Chile, including colour
labels in their original format.
